Reports on NATO-- Secretary of State Dean Acheson gestures as he prepares to start his radio report to the nation tonight on tentative decisions taken at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization meetings just concluded at Lisbon. He said the North Atlantic Allies have taken "giant strides" toward becoming a bastion of world peace and urged "Utmost Support" from the American people for a continued Foreign Aid Program.
