Stands on a ridge about 90 feet above sea level between Parliament and East Streets, and from its spacious veranda one gets a fine view of the harbour and its picturesque gardens. The Royal Victoria is a charming and comfortable hotel for those desiring a quiet and homelike atmosphere. It has a regular clientele which remain faithful to it. It was built by the Bahamas Government.

One of a group of exhibits which attempt to show the world as seen through the eyes of animals. Physical conditions of the stream distort the figure of the man who appears in natural color to the fish which is not color blind like the dog. The exhibit was prepared by artists and craftsmen of the Work Projects Administration.
