Harold Beach, Jr., 23, tells three detectives that he stabbed and killed eight-year-old Sheila Ann Tuley on New Year's Day in Cleveland. Beach, arrested in Baltimore last night, is being questioned by (L to R) Baltimore Captain Henry Kriss and detectives Arthur Willard and David Kerr of Cleveland, Beach was returned today to Cleveland to face a charge of murder.
