Schayes Celebrate -- Adolph Schayes, who yesterday became the National Basketball Assn.'s all-time high scorer, is the center of attraction at his home, also. Gathered around the former NYU court star are his wife, Naomi, and their three children, David, 1, Debbie, 5, and Carrie, 2 1/2. Dolph scored 23 points against Detroit yesterday for a total of 11,770 points in ten seasons. The mark bettered by six the previous high set by George Mikan, former star and now coach of the Minneapolis Lakers.
