Mini-skirted Kristine Anderson, 17, was happy to be free as she sat in the Vacaville police station Wednesday evening. She had been kidnapped Tuesday from a nursery school at Arroyo Grande where she is a teaching aide. The abductor left her bound and gagged Wednesday afternoon on the grounds of the Vacaville Medical Facility. She was apparently unharmed by the kidnaper who is still at large.
