La Rose, La: residents of this south Louisiana town returned to a scene of total devastation. La Rose was struck by a tornado early and 21 persons lost their lived. Lewis LeBlanche and his sister-in-law ma Cheramie salvage what they can from his destroyed home. There were 16 people in LeBlanche's house when the tornado struck. Three lost their lives.
