Divorce case puts woman in jail 41 days. Today is Rosalie McCusick's 41st day behind bars. Guards at the state prison for women in Framingham say she is the first woman they know of to be incarcerated there in the wake of a divorce preceding. The 47-year-old mother of three is the only probate inmate in the institution at this time. Lawrence Probate Court Judge Haskell C.
