Arrested late 3/30 was Roger Lee Williams, 28 (R, in file photo), missing since July 1966 when he vanished with two young daughters and $500,000 from the bank where he worked. His wife, JoAnne (L, in file photo with daughters Rochelle, L, and Kelley) has been receiving relief funds from the state. The girls were returned on Halloween night 1966. Williams was spotted in Las Vegas by a Fontana, Calif., woman who saw him enter a gambling casino. She notified a casino security guard who summoned police.
