Roger L. Williams, (R) the assistant cashier at the Security First National Bank, Fontana, Calif., who made an unauthorized withdrawal of half-a-million dollars, 7/14/66, then disappeared, was arrested, 3/30, in a downtown Las Vegas casino after a former woman acquaintance spotted him at a gambling table and alerted police. Williams was arraigned, 3/31, in his jail cell, charged with bank larceny, a federal offense, and held in lieu of $100,000 bail.
