San Juan, Puerto Rico: The center of Hurricane Inez, its winds now built to 120 miles an hour, has moved to within 50 miles of the island of Guadeloupe in the Lesser Antilles 9/27. The hurricane is moving westward. Emergency hurricane preparations are being rushed into completion in the Leeward Islands in the storm's path.
