Air Force Maj. Gerard A. Ianacone, stationed at Belleville, Neb., filed this family photograph with his Federal income tax return. Although Baltimore district tax men did not require the proof, the photo clearly shows sixteen exemptions for a total of $9,600 in deductions. The major received a "substantial refund," paying only "a very small tax" in 1960 payroll deductions according to an Internal Revenue Service spokesman.
