A U.S. district judge 3/28 ordered Robert Lippman (top, 1968 filer), 27, of new York extradited to Britain to stand trial for the murder of pretty French model Claudie Danielle Delbarre, 18 (1967 file bottom). Judge M. joseph Blumenfeld ruled there was "reasonable cause" to regard Lippman as the prime suspect in the girl's death last 9/19 in London. She had been serenely beaten about the face and a strip of bed sheet had been forced into her mouth.
