Sailor arraigned in slaying of wife

He was charged with murder in the slaying of his wife, Mrs. Marie Veronica Dietz, 22, and with assault with intent to murder his sister-in-law, Noreen Mello, 17, who was found in an overturned car with two bullet wounds.
