The sheds, the foremost of which is marked "No. 2," lie to the left of railway lines to which a steep slanting wall, in fall sunshine, descends on the right from an upper road which is carried over a short bridge, On the end of another building, near the place where the road disappears is the inscription: "MAGASINS GENERAUX (DES) PORTS." The man's cap and neck lightened. Near the highest windows at the Extreme right of the plate, the clothes hanging out have been darkened on the left, lightened on the right.
