Edward Neeley (top), 61, who was booked on suspicion of murder yesterday as a result of the shooting of Philip Eugene Ahlm 48, movie stunt man, during a drinking party at which arguments ranging in subjects from Sen. McCarthy to the state of Texas were blamed, Neeley, police said, asserted Ahlm made derogatory remarks about Texas and Neeley's wife, Mrs. Leah Clampitt Neeley (below).
