San Diego, Cal. -- Henry A. Pozner, (left) local produce dealer and "Christmas tree king", whose wife is charged with murder of Mrs. Verna Simons, 33, (right) in jealous rage. Mrs. Simons, formerly Pozner's office secretary, last November lost paternity suit seeking to have Pozner adjudicated father of 5-year old son. Shooting occurred when Mrs. Pozner saw two together.
