Kathey Marlyn Frazier, 21, was escorted into the Oklahoma City jail Monday after shooting incident which injured a police sergeant. Arrested with her were Sandra Gayl Gamble, 19, and two escapees from the Eastland County, Tex., jail, Donald Eugene Richardson, 23, and Harvey Dale Webb, 22. In addition to jail break and any new charges stemming from their arrest, the men were wanted for a $35,000 Texas bank robbery Friday, the killing of a grocery store owner, assault and kidnapping.
