The food is held under vacuum at below freezing temperatures during processing, On table, ready to be processes are: steaks and lima beans in front tray; strawberries in middle tray; and chicken breasts in back tray. After preserving, food can be stored on kitchen or grocer's shelf indefinitely at room temperatures.
