The Eastern States Exposition occupies a modern exposition plant of 172 acres. Buildings of permanent brick, steel and concrete construction, with grounds value more than $2,500,000. Attendance 300,000. Fastest 1/2 mile track in New England. Exposition and New England track record harness racing Single G 2:02(3/4)-1922. Grandstand and bleachers capacity 10,000. Most of world's 1/2 mile dirt track records for automobile racing made here. Scene of hippodrome show twice daily and nightly fireworks display. Automobile parks permit handling 10,000 cars at one time. "America's Premier Exposition."
