Two husky Troy brothers, Richard La Belle, 23, (L) and Edward La Belle, 25, (R) are awaiting grand jury action on charges they murdered 15-year-old Rosemary Snay of Cohoes, N.Y., on Thanksgiving night. Their arrests culminated an investigation began 12/7 by police after Rosemary's fully clothed body, with her skull fractured, was found by two hikers in the shallow waters of Melrose Creek in the Town of Schaghicoke, N.Y. Medical examination showed she had been raped. The two brothers are shown here at arraignment 12/4 before a justice of the peace on a murder charge.
