Arresting officers Richard Chalifoux (L), of Falls Township, Pa., and Joseph Gorka (C), of Phila., appear in Magistrate's Court with 47-yr-old David E. Gear (R), of Trenton, N.J., a former mental patient and suspect in the abduction and criminal assault of a 6-yr-old Trenton, N.J., girl, Friday 8/12. Arrested Saturday 8/13 on Roosevelt Blvd., Gear was held under $5,000 bail.
