President's Spelling Troubles OWI--The spelling of "generalissimo" (circled) in this letter by President Roosevelt for radio-photo transmission to Generalissimo Chiang Kai-Shek in Chungking sent the Office of War Information after ink erasers. A corrected copy is to be sent to China today. This photo is blown up from a picture of the President presenting the letter to the Chinese ambassador.
