Presidents Dine-- President Kennedy and visiting Sudanese President Ferik Ibrahim Abboud as they dined tonight in a Washington hotel where Abboud gave a formal dinner for Kennedy. It was the final meeting between the two executives who have been conferring daily for the past three days. President Abboud will fly to Los Angeles, Calif. tomorrow, to continue his tour of the U.S.
