President Sees Acheson Off To Europe--President Truman waves goodbye to Secretary of State Dean Acheson as Acheson boards the president's own plane, "The Independence," at national airport tonight. The secretary is bound for London, where he will confer with British Foreign Minister Anthony Eden and French Foreign Minister Robert Schuman.
