President Henry Zych of the letter carriers local in Chicago, reads brief statement during news conference 3/22, urging Chicago postal workers to return to their jobs at 5 am 3/23. Statement was released by Zych after a two-hour meeting between members of the union's executive board. When asked about the 5am starting time, an hour earlier than usual, Zych said he had no comment.
