Hobbs, N. M. -- Paul Sims, 10, tells Deputy Sheriff Tom White about the fatal shooting of his father, William H. Sims, 423, on a ranch near Eunice last night. Paul said he and his brother Leroy, 8, were angry because their father spanked them for running away to see Rattlesnake Draw, a canyon. Paul is in jail awaiting action by Juvenile authorities.
