Questioned in series of jewel and fur thefts

Miami beach police today said they think they have solved a $100,000 series of jewel and fur thefts with the arrest of a 40-year-old chicago woman and a man they say is her accomplice. mrs. sarah sanders, the woman arrested for questioning is shown at headquarters. police describe her as the "brains" of a gang responsible for scores of robberies this season. arrested with her was 42-year-old ira joseph catrell of miami beach. both were held on vagrancy charges pending further investigation.
