Lucien Picard, 43, is shown at Quebec City, Canada, police headquarters after he was picked up today for questioning in connection with the slaying of six-year-old Raymond Trudeau of Montreal. The boy had been missing since last Wednesday. Parts of his body had been found Saturday in Montreal and the slashed and mutilated torso was found Sunday.
