The Rev. Clinton Bell, 40, pastor of the Church of God of the Union Assembly here, is returning to Kokomo to face charges of sexually molesting a teen-aged girl, C.T. Pratt, Dalton, Ga., a church moderator, told authorities 12/17. Bell, a native of Maynardville, Tenn., left here about two weeks ago with a 22-year-old woman and several thousand dollars in church funds, Pratt said. Bell is married and the father of three children.
