Sally Dawson, 23, secretary to Sherman Billingsley, owner of Stork Club, surveys eye blackened when attacked by two men as she entered building where she lives early today. She said she took photographs last night of a picket line outside the night club, which is involved in labor dispute with two unions of waiter and kitchen help.
