Powder Puffers cop the cup

Mrs. Frances Bera and her co-pilot, Mrs. Evelyn Kelly, both of Long Beach, Calif., today were declared winners of the 12th annual Powder Puff Derby that terminated in Charleston yesterday. For Mrs. Bera it was her 4th derby victory. She flew the winning plane in '53, '55, and '56 and was co-pilot of the winning plane in '51. Mrs. Bera on right.
