Portable Incubator to Save Babies - A kerosene burning incubator costing $50 which is being tried out by the Maryland health department. Invented by Dr. Daniel Fisher of Salisbury, Md., it is expected to lower rural infant mortality rates. Mrs. Irma Griffin of Salisbury finds the device a perfect crib for her twins.
