Young man (on curb) obviously doesn't agree with Moratorium Day marchers but they simply passed him by. Tens of thousands of persons converged on San Francisco for the western part of a protest against the Vietnam war which organizers hoped would draw 250,000 persons. But the weather threatened to be the determining factor both on the West Coast and in Washington, D.C.
