Police Unload Picket Cargo-- New York City policemen struggle to lift a limp Negro picket from truck carrying cement blocks at a Brooklyn, N.Y., construction site today. The man was one of several pickets who jumped on trucks at entrance to site of Downstate Medical Center in attempt to stop trucks from unloading, It was part of a continuing protest demonstration of alleged discrimination in hiring procedures in construction trades.
