Police struggle with youths arrested when widespread fighting broke out among 40,000 young people attending a "rally for decency" at Baltimore's Memorial Stadium 4/20. Police, using horses, shotguns and night sticks, were called in to quell the disturbance which erupted as the youths were leaving the stadium. Of the more than 100 persons injured, 38 were hospitalized--seven with stab wounds.
