Mrs. Antoinette Foster, 37, of New London, charged with second degree murder in the shooting of her husband, Navy Lt. Cmdr. John Foster last Nov. 13, changed her plea to guilty of manslaughter. She will be sentenced April 7 in New London County Superior Court.
