Mrs. Ferencz Frankel, 37, holds newspaper bearing photo of her with first husband, Joseph Ungar, after wedding in Budapest, Hungary, in 1942. They believed each other to be dead after separation as Nazi prisoners during World War II. Both remarried. Mrs. Frankel, former Martha Roth, now lives in Bronx. Ungar lives in Montreal, Canada. Both are seeking annulments of present marriages to be reunited as man and wife. They contacted each other last April and spent Saturday together at a friend's home in Bronx.
