Plans return to circus aerial act

Mary Lou Lawrence, tiny red-haired circus aerialist from crown point, ind., manages a smile in the Madison hospital where she has been convalescing since suffering grave injuries in a 35-foot fall from a swinging trapeze during a performance last February. miss Lawrence, 26, recovering from a skull fracture and other injuries, plans to return to the aerial act where she works without a net.
