Pickets Greet Vishinsky--Pickets of Slavic and Hungarian organizations display signs and placards opposite pier 90 at 50th street in an anti-Soviet demonstration during the arrival of Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Vishinsky on the liner Queen Elizabeth here today. Vishinsky and Andrei Gromyko, Russian ambassador to Great Britain, arrived to attend the seventh session of the U.N. General Assembly opening here tomorrow. There was no disturbance as the pickets were held behind police barricades.
