Picket in The Arms of the Law-- A small Negro child is gently carried by a New York City policeman as he removes her from road where she was sitting in front of a truck today. Another policeman leads an older girl away from site of construction work of Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y., where ten children were sitting in road. The father of five of the children, Willie Brinson, lead them into road as part of a demonstration against alleged bias on employment of Negroes and Puerto Ricans in construction traded.
