Fergus Falls, Minn: Philip Stangvik (shown here in a 1961 file photo at the time of his admission to Fergus Falls State Hospital) 25-year-old mental patient, wanted for questioning in connection with the 7/5 death of his wife and two children, was picked up by police in the haymow of a barn just 15 miles east of Fergus Falls about noon 7/6. All three victims were found with their throats slashed.
