Philadelphia -- New Penn Football Coach -- Steve Sebo was named head football coach at the University of Pennsylvania, succeeding George Munger, who recently retired to become Penn's Director of Physical Education. Sebo was backfield coach at Michigan State for the past three years, and is the 14th man to take the Penn coaching job.
