Philadelphia -- Crowned Queen of The Jaycees -- Barbara Ann Scott, Canada's Olympic figure skating champion, was crowned queen of the U.S. Junior Chamber of Commerce's 26th annual convention today. She received gifts from every state in the union, including a season pass to University of Michigan football games and tickets to both Republican and Democratic National conventions.
