Old Hand at New Stand--Bucky Harris, one-time "boy wonder" manager of the Washington Senators, poses today at the new District of Columbia stadium after he was named a tope aide to General Manager George Selkirk, left, of the Washington club. It was in 1924 that Harris--playing second base-- took over as manager and led the Senators to an American League pennant. Washington went to take the World Series, defeating the New York Giants.
