Secretary of State, John F. X. Davoren, today presented a Citation to former Miss Massachusetts, Pamela Procter) of Marblehead. In citing Miss Procter, Secretary Davoren stated, "Pamela Procter has unselfishly participated in many patriotic exercises in Massachusetts and has dedicated her time and talents to the less fortunate, and I am taking this means to commend her on a job well done. She has been a credit to our great state of Massachusetts by virtue of her outstanding ability, poise and intelligence".
