New York -- Henry Franklin Scheetz, 28, self-described stock dealer, is escorted from New York police station, early today. He was booked on a charge of conspiracy and held for hearing in Felony Court. Police said he tried to hire an off-duty patrolman to maim, rape and rob his ex-girl friend, identified as Mary Kelly of New York.
