The Morton House, shown intact on its original site at 94 Spring street, Arlington, is being moved to 30 school street, Belmont, under the auspices of Architectural Heritage, Inc., and with the co-operation of the state department of public works. It is expected that the structure will reach its new site by nightfall Tuesday. One of the last preserves of 19th century architecture in Belmont, it was built in 1858.
