Oakland, Calif.: Men reporting for induction at the Northern California Armed Forced Induction Center 7/27 had to negotiate this obstacle course to enter the building when demonstrators protesting the war in Vietnam and the draft blocked the entrance. Thirteen persons, including two Episcopalian ministers, were arrested.
