Oak Bluffs Now Snow Bluffs -- Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard island doesn’t look a bit like the popular summer resort known to thousands of vacationists. This photo made yester shows snowbound cottages, steamer wharf (upper left) and a relic of camp meeting days (lower right). The Vineyard and Nantucket received their first mail and supplies from mainland yesterday after the two big blizzards.
