Hopkins, President Emeritus of Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire, meet at Headquarters of Admiral Denfeld, Commander-in-Chief of the Pacific and U.S. Pacific Fleet. Doctor Hopkins is Chairman of a committee recently appointed by Secretary of the Navy, James V.
